Kathryn Oliver (Kat) is a distinguished Tax Partner at EY, renowned for her expertise in navigating complex tax landscapes. Kathryn graduated from Boston College with a BS in Management, Accounting and Bentley University with an MS in Taxation. She is also a CPA in Massachusetts and a member of the AICPA and Massachusetts Society of CPAs. With over 15 years of experience, she excels in federal, state and international tax planning for US corporate multinationals of various industries, including life sciences, retail and software. Kat is adept at guiding businesses through tax compliance, planning, and controversy management. She is particularly focused on the impact of legislative, economic, and regulatory developments on tax policy, helping clients stay ahead in a rapidly evolving environment. Additionally, Kat is passionate about supporting entrepreneurs and recognizing outstanding business leaders as a co-chair of EY’s Entrepreneur Of The Year program.
